The Operational Problem

The platform had to deal with two kinds of review work at once:

The measurable result was simple:

But the more important results were operational:

- manual effort shifted toward exceptions instead of full-volume checking
- the system became easier to scale without linear headcount growth
That is the kind of outcome that matters in AI integration. Not "we added a model." Not "we launched an assistant." A real operating process changed shape and performed better.
